At Dauphine Aesthetics Lab, each appointment is reserved with intention to ensure a calm, personalised and clinically focused experience.

To protect the time allocated to every patient and maintain the highest standard of care, the following booking policies apply to all appointments.

Deposits

A deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Deposits are redeemable against your appointment total and are non-refundable in the event of late cancellation, rescheduling outside policy terms, or non-attendance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request.

Appointments changed with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of deposit. Repeated short-notice changes or missed appointments may require full payment in advance for future bookings.

Late Arrivals & Missed Appointments

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or the need to reschedule your appointment, in which case your deposit may be forfeited.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice will be treated as a missed appointment and charged accordingly.

Packages, Courses & Payments

Treatment courses and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Where a patient is no longer suitable for a planned treatment, an alternative option or clinic credit may be offered at practitioner discretion.

Clinic Environment

To preserve the comfort, privacy and flow of the clinic, we kindly ask that patients attend appointments alone unless support is required.
